We get it back to duty by getting patched it with pallet wood. Pallet boards should be stripped up cleanly and this job really needs a care to avoid breakage of boards, but don’t worry if you use spy bar it would be easier to get planks separated from the boards.
After choosing some healthy one planks of equal thickness we patched up the berth and back rest position of the metal chair fame and got it on working.
